Sources and applicability
For requirements, we prioritise government or applicable application-channel instructions and show the destination and check date. General organisation methods are labelled as VisaPilot suggestions. A rule for one country is not automatically a rule for another.
The manual review process
- Confirm application context, whether we can help and the scope.
- Agree on sharing, retention and feedback timing.
- Build an inventory, inspect readable and complete files, then compare related fields.
- Separate findings, suggested actions and unresolved questions; review corrections where agreed.
What a preparation review can establish
Preparation feedback can identify missing pages, unreadable text and differences in information. It does not authenticate documents, determine eligibility, predict approval or replace qualified professional advice where needed. These pages do not claim immigration-adviser or certified-translator credentials that have not been evidenced.
Updates and corrections
A source check date records a particular review; rules may change afterwards. Reopen official instructions before applying. If a page differs from them, send us the page URL, the relevant passage and the official source on WhatsApp. No personal documents are needed to report a content correction.
Frequently asked questions
Do you submit an application for me?
No. The current service provides preparation feedback; official submission and decisions remain with the relevant channels and authorities.
Do you publish success-rate statistics?
We do not claim unverified approval rates or customer counts. Preparation issues from real enquiries are reviewed without identifying applicants.
How can I request deletion?
Contact us on WhatsApp under the sharing arrangements agreed before review. Third-party copies need separate handling.
