A person, not a score
Every review is done by hand. We do not run your passport or bank statement through an automated approval score, and we never predict whether a visa will be granted. What you get is the kind of second read a careful friend who knows the paperwork would give you: missing pages, unreadable scans, dates and names that do not match across documents, and questions you should settle before submitting.
What we focus on
- China visas for overseas applicants: tourist (L), business (M) and family visit (Q and S) applications, invitation letters, the online application form and photos, and first applications by former Chinese citizens.
- Bilingual documents: invitation letters, employment letters and certificates that mix English and Chinese, where a mismatch between the two versions is easy to miss.
- UK and US visitor visa document sets prepared by applicants who live in China.

Why it is free
We are building VisaPilot from real preparation cases. Each review teaches us which problems come up most, and that shapes our guides and the checks we may later offer online. You do not need an account or a payment.
What a review looks like
- You send your passport nationality, where you live, the visa type, travel dates and where you are in the process. No documents yet.
- We confirm whether we can help, which files are needed, how to share them and when we will delete them.
- We read the files and send back a written action list. Each item names the file, what we saw and what to do next.

What we do not do
- We are not a government body, embassy, consulate or visa centre, and not a visa agency. We do not fill in or submit applications for you.
- We do not supply flight or hotel bookings, invitation letters or any document that does not reflect your real plans.
- We do not guarantee approval or claim approval rates.
- We do not ask for passwords, payment details or full document sets in a first message.
